PROFESSIONALISM & LEGAL EXPERTISE

Servicing clients from around the greater Southern California area, our firm has more than thirty-five years' experience with Trusts, Estates, Elder Law, Trust Administration and related legal matters. We work diligently, thoroughly and cooperatively with parties and their legal representatives to find common ground.

Our approach is a bit different than other firms as we emphasize a client-centered approach to understand what is really at stake beneath what appears to be at stake.

Multi-Disciplinary Experience

The firms's founder, Dr. Edward J. Pallotta Jr., Esq., is an attorney, a California licensed psychologist (psy25244), a certified public accountant and a certified coach.  Dr. Pallotta uses the combination of these skills to provide a level of service rarely found in the estate planning and administration, collaborative practice and mediation fields.

Collaborative Team Practice

Collaborative Practice is a new and growing trend in the delivery of legal servicers, both comprehensively and unbundled.   Pallotta Collaborative Law puts forth all its efforts in understanding and assembling the right combination of team members to efficiently and effectively solve the clients problems with the least expensive procedures. The client is always in control of the team members and the amount and cost of services provided.

Mediation Services

The mediation services offered by Pallotta Law Collaborative differ from typical mediation services offered in the Southern California area.  Most local mediators separate the parties and often their attorneys into separate rooms, variously called "shuttle diplomacy" or "caucusing" to discuss the case.  Pallotta Law Collaborative differs by offering joint sessions (everyone in the same room) for as much of the process as possible.  Underlying this approach is the conviction of this firm that the parties know best what's really at stake and staying in the same room promotes better solutions and relations.
