PROFESSIONALISM & LEGAL EXPERTISE

Servicing clients nationally and internationally, our firm has more than thirty-five years' experience with Trusts, Estates, Elder Law, Trust Administration and related legal matters. We work diligently, thoroughly and cooperatively with parties and their legal representatives to find common ground.

Multi-Disciplinary Experience

The firms's founder, Dr. Edward J. Pallotta Jr., Esq., is an attorney, a California licensed psychologist (psy25244), a certified public accountant (California and Massachusetts - inactive) and a certified Eldercaring Coordinator for Orange County Superior Court, where he also qualified and serves as a member of the Probate Mediation Panel.  Dr. Pallotta uses the combination of these skills to provide a level of service rarely offered in the estate planning,  administration, mediation and litigation fields.

Mediation Services

The mediation services offered by Pallotta Law, APLC differ from typical mediation services most often encourntered in the Southern California area.  Many local mediators almost immediately separate the parties and their attorneys into separate rooms, variously called "shuttle diplomacy" or "caucusing" to discuss the case.  Pallotta Law, APLC differs by encouraging joint sessions (everyone in the same room) for as much of the process as possible.  Underlying this approach is Dr. Pallotta's certifications from Harvard Law School in negotiation and mediation from their Program on Negotiation. This method is often credited with high rates of success in shorter time frames with greater client dignity and promotes achieving client interests and solutions that stand the tests of time.
